Hi, I’m Trina Hayes—founder of Trina on Task and a former middle school teacher of 12+ years. The classroom taught me how to stay calm under pressure, juggle multiple moving parts, and support people in meaningful ways—skills I now use to serve entrepreneurs and small business owners.

I’m detail-driven and love creating simple, effective systems that make work feel lighter—whether that’s email support, digital organization, social media assistance, or course setup. I care deeply about doing things well so you can feel confident stepping away from the day-to-day.

Outside of work, I’m usually traveling with my husband, spending time with family, or cheering on my favorite teams with a coffee in hand.
